MINIMUMS

Each store wishing to carry The Flattering Me Collection is required to meet a minimum stock order of at least AU$500.00, and reorders a minimum of AU$200.00.

CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers wishing to open an account are required to submit a completed credit application for consideration.

All orders will be shipped Prepaid by EFTPOS or credit card unless prior terms have been arranged.
All orders paid by credit cards will attract a 2% surcharge.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Free Pickup. Shipping cost will be charged according to request.

Credit terms for open accounts are NET Melbourne, Australia.

A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be charged on all invoices that are past due by 60 (sixty) days or more.

RETURNS

All returned merchandise must have prior approval from our customer service department.

If authorized, a return label will be supplied, and must accompany your shipment. Merchandise returned without the authorization of the company will be refused and returned at sender's expense. Only current merchandise in salable condition will be accepted for return.

All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
